Hey.. I am having difficulty registering for o2 open as it says my name doesnt match my payslip, but it does? Was wondering if anyone else had the same issue and how did you ressolve? Thanks in advance

If you have a work email address it’s much easier to sort. I recently renewed my open discount and was sorted and applied within 5 mins.

Failing that is there any middle name or anything or maybe a surname spelt different? Generally for data validation the smallest variance results in rejection.
