My phone was lost and reported lost with insurance company and still haven’t received a new phone even though there still taking the monthly payments for the phone and insurance the number already been blocking but the insurance company says I need proof of the being barred from 02

@234 if not insured with O2 you'll need to ask customer service for proof that the phone is disabled.
