O2 mobile broadband manager error

Hi, whenever I goto 192.168.3.1/html/login.html in a browser to accessO2 mobile broadband

manager I get 'connection was reset' page come up . It was fine upto 3-4 days ago, and had been

for over year

dongle is a huawei e8372

Directly beneath the sim card there is a tiny reset button you press and hold for 5 seconds with a paperclip.

Ping your router and see if the ip has changed,
Try 192.168.0.1

Normally 192.168.0.1 will be your default IP Address. I've just tried it .03 on mine and got an error also.

the default worked fine

Hi,

the IP address is definitely 192.168.3.1 as reported by ipconfig, it works fine connects to internet,

just  can't access the management page as i've always managed to do, so can't access sms messages

or change password etc.
