This is beginning to drive me demented and I need help. To explain my setup, I live remotely in Scotland and have a 4G router with an O2 sim. When I send emails, very commonly, the email is blocked as Spamhaus have the O2 server blocked as a source of spam. The message I get on my laptop is:

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded:
554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [82.132.218.85] blocked using sbl.spamhaus.org; https://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/query/SBLCSS.

If I put both IP addresses into Spamhaus, the report is as follows

https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/82.132.218.85

I have no control over which IP address you use and these of course vary. I have requested Spamhaus to delist a set of IP addresses (see below) but with the potential number of o2 IP addresses that exist, I could be endlessly requesting a delisting. It happens so frequently that I am considering moving hosting as this is not sustainable. The question is why is Spamhaus listing all the O2 servers?? If I google this problem, I see more people have this issue with you and with 4G routers becoming more popular, this will happen more so what can be done? Can you contact Spamhaus and remove the block from all your IP addresses? The addresses I have requested to be delisted are:

82.132.216.139
82.132.219.226
82.132.217.224
82.132.218.85
82.132.218.61
82.132.216.159
82.132.218.155
82.132.217.1
82.132.217.110
82.132.216.40
82.132.219.75
82.132.217.142
82.132.219.217
82.132.218.120

@Davidm06 This is a customer community. Available customer service numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Because you're not buying anything, O2 won't consider your call important, so use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
