Would anyone know how O2 can be asked to unblock messages from a specific UK phone number sent to my iPhone? O2 currently treat these messages as SPAM but texts from that phone number are very important to me.

Check in the contact card and you might be able to unblock it yourself.

If not, call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The number ending in 4005 is the best one.
