I have been trying to contact O2 at various times in the day over the course of the last 2 weeks with no avail. This was both on chat and the customer service number does anyone else have this problem?. The little chance O2 had of keeping me as a customer has gone out the window now due to this quite frankly useless customer service.

Hi @Anonymous Welcome to the forum.
We have had so many posts like yours over the last 3 days...it is difficult to know what to advise....
I would suggest you keep trying CS but at different times...maybe as early as you can in the morning?...

I don't think so, I was just trying to enquire about upgrading my phone but I shall head down to the store on Friday to speak to someone in person

You're probably better off going in store if you can. If you want to upgrade there and then you'd be able to walk out with your new phone, rather than order online and wait. There have been lots of problems with deliveries of late as well, and it's only going to get worse in the run up to Christmas, so going in store is by far the better option.

O2 will try and direct you to an offshore based live chat service which quite frankly is not fit for purpose. I really don't know whats happening just lately but whatever the plan is clearly isn't working.....
