I dropped my phone and want to get a replacement via O2 insure but whenever I ring up O2 insure I get sent back to MyO2 to try and resolve my problem. Does anyone know a number that I can chat to someone about this with as apparently it’s not an urgent matter. There isn’t any help on the O2 website for making a claim on a damaged phone that I can find.

Many thanks,
Jono

Hello Martin,

I had no luck. It kept taking me to a page on MyO2 but I couldn’t find anything there to make a claim. It was giving me a number to ring but when I rung up, the automated response told me that only urgent inquiries were being looked at and those were for cancellations/upgrades. It would just be handy to be able to speak to someone to at least get a claim number and then I could go from there online.

Thank you. I did see this but as I don’t have claim number I didn’t think that I would be able to submit this. I haven’t been able to inform O2 that my phone is broken. I’ll fill out the form with all the information I can give and see what they say.

Thank you.
