I cracked my screen at work. So called o2 insure to put a claim in. To my shock I was told they had no phones to replace my Samsung s20 with and no alternative replacements. I asked how and why they just said no stock. I asked when they would be back and they had no idea and couldn't tell me when. So I've been put on phone waiting list. I've tried to speak to normal customers services but they just transfer you to o2 insure. I get the same bull every time and now seem to blame it on Brexit. I bet if I wanted to buy one from o2 they would be in stock. Any ideas on what i can do?
