O2 customer service is awful!!!!

requested switch from contract to payg using chat bot-all fine did not realise the changeover date implications as was 15 October, took contract from 14 October previous year.

change over happened no problem apart from MyO2 showing wrong number, call 1 to customer service which sorted that fine.

2 weeks later text and email telling me overdue payment for contract. No way to reply to email as just bounces back not jested by O2?? Phone no. Not recognised! Call payg no. Eventually get to speak to very unhelpful, unlistening individual and eventually hang up on her!! So now what?
O2 really is rubbish but I guess so are all the other mobile companies. And how do I pay what I don't need to?

@KIK

You'll need to call O2

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.

@O2Kyle

Can you help please?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It appears you owe nothing. If you want to query it then call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
