This update as of 5.21 today:

The mast which covers part of the Penmaenmawr area of North Wales is currently experiencing issues.  This is affecting some LL postcodes. Our third party supplier needs to access underground cabling via a duct close to the A55 road. There are currently road works along the A55 which is having an impact on accessing the issue we need to fix. We’re working with our suppliers and the Highways Agency in order to fix the issue.

If you have a compatible device - why not use TuGo while the works are ongoing?
