One of our phone masts in your area is currently experiencing high demand and any problems you might be experiencing could be due to this.
Been like this since 18 Feb 13 - post code area is LS27 7LE

As per my pm, spoke to the network guys - there are two other masts in your local area that are currently down. This means there's higher than usual traffic going through the mast most local to your postcode. With any congestion issue the service can come/go a bit.
As soon as the other masts are back up this should stop. As with all unplanned outages, O2 doesn't give any timescales but Leeds is a large city so it will be getting a high prioirity and if the problem has been ongoing since the 18th, should be resolved soon.
