@Sws There is no 'official' O2 number. You can call 202 from your mobile if you're an O2 customer or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or any of the numbers in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

All those numbers will take you to customer service.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Numbers can be easily spoofed, so if you've received a call from "O2" always call back yourself on 202 to check if it was genuine.

Never accept any offers from cold calls.
