Hello,
I changed from a PAYG to pay monthy contract and transferred my PAYG number today. But when I go on the my O2 app, it can't tell me how much data I have left (I have unlimited texts and minutes) and when I go log on to o2.co.uk and click on the number I transferred, even though it says pay monthly, when I click on the number to view details it seems to still think it is a PAYG number. Do I just have to wait for it to fully transfer over the system?

Yes it takes 2 or 3 days for your number to reregister on a different platform. Please don't worry, it's perfectly normal.

Hi @Anonymous from your other posts I think you are expecting too much too quickly
You new contract account details should be up and running and showing correct details in My O2 in 24-48hrs
If concerned after that time then speak to CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
