So up Dunfermline town standing outside the O2 shop (forgetting my wifi is on) and I get a notification telling me I've no internet. Ah, yeah O2 wifi not working again. In fact, I don't recall the Dunfermline's O2 wifi ever working properly. I really need to mind and turn wifi off when up town 😞

Hi @Curr946,

I can let the team know about this, but I'm struggling to understand the issue? Is it the general quality of the wi-fi connection in town?

Na, the signal is good. It's just says the connection status is no internet. It's like at home if your connected to the hub, but the hub has no service. So the store was boosting out a dead WiFi network. Other times when I does work, it's slow.

Didn't think you could choose to connect to wifi extra (if it's o2's service) as it's automatic if a compatible device is being used.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
