Hi, I have recently returned from the USA, and was charged every day I was there for O2 travel, despite being careful to only use my sister's home wifi, I didn't use the phone when out and about. What did I do wrong ? Thanks

If you left your data turned on, the phone would still use it to update apps in the background which would trigger the daily charge.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
