I recently got an iPad Pro 12.9 on O2 that came with 2 years free unlimited Store and Share cloud storage. Great, I thought - I can ditch Dropbox and save £79 per year.
Unfortunately, it just doesn't work. The sync client for Mac constantly gives me 'Insufficient Storage' errors (despite recognising I'm on an Unlimited plan) and it's basically unusable.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is it worth persisting or is the Store & Share product just fundamentally broken?

Hi @Anonymous I am not an Apple user so not sure what's happening with it....have you spoken to customer services? http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
They may have someone with technical knowledge available If no joy with this route then you could put in a complaint of course...http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
As it's an error with syncing...you may want to speak to Apple directly https://support.apple.com/en-gb/contact
