O2 Store Delivered wrong Item

How do I complain about the online store delivering the wrong Item, I ordered a screen protector for a Galaxy S7 and they delivered one for a iphone 6/6s even though the dispatch note says galaxy S7. Every phone number is for Phones!!!!!

Will they not just re-order for you?

Best option is as already mentioned call customer services (asap as after 9am the lines get busier) they should be able to send you return packaging and the correct item out

Most orders you get from O2 direct have a returns label included as part of the invoice.
