Does anyone know how to contact O2 Shop for queries about an order made online?
I'm not an O2 phone customer, but all numbers and live chat options specfically relate to phone users. I tried to use live chat by selecting a different option, and they continuously asked what my contract number was!

If you ring the shop they would have NO idea about online orders.
The only people to help are O2 CS. Call them Guide: How to find help & contact O2 Normally though they would only talk to the person who made the online order.

But they still won't be able to give out information on online orders?

Thanks for the replies everyone.
The order hasn't arrived at store yet (well, it was meant to be a click and collect order, and I specifically selected a store which the website showed as having stock, but I've since had an email saying they don't).
I tried using Live Chat, but there wasn't an option to discuss items purchased from the O2 Shop section of the website.
I did assume that the store probably would know nothing about my order. I tried using the website to find a number to call specifically relating to orders made online, but I couldn't find one.
The CS number is very geared up to phone customers, though after a third try, I did get through to someone who was very keen to help, though she was unable to do anything as the system didn't provide her with much info. I gave the store a call on her recommendation, but they can't see the order on their system (as expected).
I'll probably need to give CS another ring to try and get the order cancelled since the system seems to have me stuck in limbo.

Thanks for the explanation. It may well be the phone you ordered is out of stock which is the most common reason for them not turning up when expected. The problem is, O2 do not have a live stock ordering system sadly....
