Hi

I did O2 refresh today and ordered a Samsung S21 in place of my Samsung Galaxy S9. However, I did this bercause there was an offer of up to £200 for my S9 if I purchased the S21. The order confirmed that if I went to the O2 Recycle page and put in my order number as the voucher code, i'd be told how much i'd get in return.

Doing this hasn't worked and i'm simply getting "invalid voucher code". Has anyone else had this? Am I doing something wrong?

Regards

Diane

I believe the code becomes "valid" once you use your new phone and it registers on the O2 network.

You must also use the full order number including the letters preceeding the numbers.

If you still can't get it to work, you can call O2 for help.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

My new phone hasn't even been delivered yet so maybe i'll try once it arrives.

I've contacted O2 Customer Services and been told that they can't help but couldn't give me a number for the Recycle team either.

Thanks.

Diane
