Exactly seven days ago I sent my I phone 7 to be recycled with O2 reycle for the sum of £200.

They said it takes five working days for the money to be sent by bank transfer and I still

have not received the money in my account.

I'm becoming concerned as to whether O2 has forgotten to send me the money.

I am dissapointed with O2 as I thought of them as a trustworthy company and believed that

recycling my phone with them would be a smooth process. Instead I am left feeling frustrated

and confused.

Hope this issue is resolved soon.

@Bloom98 Hopefully you took photos of your phone before you sent it off. We have, unfortunately, heard a few horror stories over the years of phones being sent to O2 Recycle, and the sender then being told the phone is 'damaged' and they are offered less than what was originally stated. As a general rule, companies like CEX are better value for money when recycling. Definitely check with customer service as to the whereabouts of your payment.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
