I sent my fully working order IPhone 6s to them as they offered me £160.00 for the phone. Despite me sending it in protective packaging wrapped in bubble wrap, they informed me they received my phone and they offered me a revised offer of £80.00, because they said the front cover was cracked. I have sent numerous emails to them regarding their statement and claim, to which I have contested. I know 100% my phone that I sent to them was not cracked or damaged. They have even not replied to any of my emails, so that tells me they are guilty and lieing. What ever you do don’t use them because they have done this to plenty of people. I even requested a disclosure of their complaints procedure to which they haven’t even provided.

@Anonymous Unfortunately, it's something we've seen from others many times before. Do not accept what they're offering you. Request that they return your phone and take it to CEX, where you're much more likely to get a decent offer. Did you by any chance take any photos of the phone before you sent it to O2?
