O2 Recycle voucher code not working

Hi,

I'm trying to recycle my old S20 Plus through O2 recyle. I was told to use my order number of my new S21 ultra to get an extra £150. Every time i enter this code it comes up as voucher not valid. I'm aware that the promo runs out tomorrow so need to get sorted ASAP.

I purchased the phone over a week ago and still is not working

I've emailed o2 recycle and not had a response and was unable to get through on the phone.

Any help would be much appreciated it.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
