O2 Recycle Price promise

Have just done a Recycle of a old Samsung Tab pro S with keyboard and O2 offred £90 so went ahead with it however I just notiched that Mazuma will give my £125 ( https://www.mazumamobile.com/sell-my-mobile/samsung/tablets/galaxy-tab-pro-s-lte-with-keyboard-/2630 ) so gone to use the O2 price promise and noted that it does not list the Tab pro S as a model and no way to enter it manual does this mean that they don't price promise tablets

This is not sounding good at all well all I can do now is what and see what goes on can I say keep everything crossed and hope for the best even if it £90 🥺

Yes I think it’s Redeem that run it for O2

Well there's a good start got an e-mail back from them and they won't price match due to it having a keyboard

Ask them to send it back & get a better price at CEX

have sent the e-mail off to them this morning asking for it back due to the fact that you can't price match due to it having a keyboard
