Many thanks for your email received on Tuesday and advising that I can claim a free hot drink from Caffe Nero on Tuesday via priority moments. Unfortunately I received the email at 19:44 on Tuesday evening which you sent at 18:34, by which time ALL Caffe Nero shops are closed.
If in future you are to make these offers again, would it be possible to send the offer much earlier in the day or the day before to enable me and others to use.

Sorry not everyone lives near large shopping centres and they are not open until 10:00 pm where I live.
My point is, if you are going to offer someone something please so that the offer can be used by All not a minority.
