Hiya

 

Do any of you guys know how to reset the O2 Pocket Hotspot back to default settings?  I've forgottem my passcode so went into a O2 store here in Nottingham and they said the passcode is admin. I've tried this and it doesn't work.

I didn’t see until I got a notification to say someone replied to my post about the hotspot, but I spelt my username wrong. How do I change it to maryofdungloe?

ive now got to figure out how to get iTunes to work on my laptop and how to backup and sync my iPhone and iPad to it. It all changed when I upgraded to IOS 11 ☹️
