Surely it should have just worked out of the box...? Oh well, I am in Italy now so I can't actually use the thing untill I get back home. It will teach me for buying an o2 product

I had a test unit and once topped up it worked straight away.
Call o2 when back in the uk if it is still not working

I am reluctant to top it up as it was supposed to come with 1GB of data in the first place

The test unit I had had no credit on it.
As I say just ring o2 when back in the uk and see what the issue is.
