O2 Personal Hot spot Credit Problems

Hey guys, I got my portable wifi hot spot the other day, and have just cracked it out to us at the air port, and it is telling me that I have run out of credit... Even though it is supposed to have 1gb of data with it. On my account page it says I have 2gb of data which will expire in 90 days, but it still won't let me online... Any ideas?

you need to call customer services to sort it out

Surely it should have just worked out of the box...? Oh well, I am in Italy now so I can't actually use the thing untill I get back home. It will teach me for buying an o2 product

I had a test unit and once topped up it worked straight away.

Call o2 when back in the uk if it is still not working

I am reluctant to top it up as it was supposed to come with 1GB of data in the first place

The test unit I had had no credit on it.

As I say just ring o2 when back in the uk and see what the issue is.
