I upgraded to iPhone 12 yesterday and have set-up the phone today and I can see on My O2 that the tariff has started, but I’m unable to apply my O2 Open discount (spoke to an O2 employee who said I am eligible for the discount and gave me a code). When I try it says it can’t be applied to my phone number as my contract started over 28 days ago, but that was my old contract. Does it just take a while to update or is there another reason why it isn’t working? Thanks

It can take upto 48 hours for to to appear in the o2open portal, and you should be able to setup the discount.
