I work for the nhs and have just brought the new samsung galaxy s7 edge i went to the o2 open website and read faqs which say

What's the deal, in simple terms?
O2 Open gives customers 25% off airtime plans with 3GB or above data and 15% off airtime plans below 3GB. This is across all Refresh 24 month Pay Monthly voice and Mobile Broadband tariffs.

but o2 says it does not apply to samsung galaxy s7 or s7 edge phone.

Yeah last year the s6 128gb was excluded but I know of 2 people who added it no problem.
I would repeat tho, that the information that "new flagship releases" being excluded is wrong.
I seem to remember a lot of store staff informing customers that the Xperia Z5's were exempt, incorrectly

All we can go on is the T&C's and if they're not updated........

It may have been a mistake by the person processing your application, but either way, you're in now slight_smile

But I remember Z5p release, and the incorrect info then by store staff...

Always double check by applying anyway.

Quite agree, apply anyway, but the issue is that someone doesn't buy because of information given by the store.
