Not sure if it's just me but since upgrading to an iPhone 5 (running iOS 7.0.3) the O2 Moments app fails to get past the PRIORITY welcome/splash screen. I've manually allowed the app to use location services via the privacy memu and also reset registration. Also tried deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing works. I used this service often and feeling a bit lost without it. Anyone else having problems?

Q: The app keeps freezing or crashing
A: Check your data connection (try launching a different site in your browser). If that doesn't help then close the app (and remove it from the task manager) and restart it. If you're using the app for the first time check that you are using the latest version of your device operating software for iOS or Android. If you're using an iPhone, switch your phone to flight mode and then back again. If you're still having a problem, restart your handset. If that hasn't helped, you may need to delete the app and reinstall it. You'll need to reregister but all your existing data will be saved.

Some have resolved the issue by deleting like you say.
Have you deleted by making the icon app wiggle or by going into your settings and deleting the app there ?
Settings , General , usage.

You may have to hit the 'show all apps ' in blue writing for the moments app to show.
Good luck.

Unfortuately your suggestion hasnt solved problem. I deleted the app via settings, hard reset phone, reinstalled via app store and then before attempting to open fresh instaal closed all apps that were running in background (dont know if any were causing compatibility issues) but alas the app still throws me back to the home screen on opening. Any other ideas?
