Is the international calling card service down?? ive been trying since the last 3 days and finally today a customer service agent accpeted it was down since 3 days and I have to wait for it to come back. Went to the store, the manager bluntly told me she wouldnt do any refund since I had already scratched off the the card to reveal the pin.
