Help please someone.
I've recently tried to sign up for a new credit card and application was declined even though I thought I didn't have any issues with my credit score.
Upon further investigation, it appears O2 have messed up my credit score.
Please can someone help to resolve this?
Thank you in advance

@amjedm If you think O2 has had something to do with your credit score you should contact the Credit File Referrals Team. Below are the only methods to use:

o2 only report data as they are legally required to and your credit score is a fictional number generated by Expiran etc to sell you services.
Companies look at your credit file...
The best and easiest thing to do is log a dispute with the CRA's and they will ask o2 to investigate.

if done via the CRA then they can put a notice of dispute on as well as soon as you log it as a disputed entry, whereas o2 won't....
