I am trying to load my chosen extrra of Cafeyn but a message comes up saying their site is unsafe. The full wording is pasted below:-

This site is not secure

This might mean that someone’s trying to trick you or steal any information that you send to the server. You should close this site immediately.

Details
The hostname in the website’s security certificate differs from the website you are trying to visit.

Is O2 aware of this and has anyone else experienced this problem?

@AlanS

Certificate is valid and site is secure.

Your message would appear to be false.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @AlanS

I can't replicate that as I'm not eligible. However I have tested the Cafeyn site and I got on with no problem https://www.cafeyn.co/uk/newsstand/

I am using Firefox on my PC. I tested it with Chrome and the site loads. If it was unsafe BitDefender wouldn't have allowed it. I suggest you try another browser and see if you can access it then?

Best of luck and welcome to the forum.Welcome
