O2 Entity Impersonation

Salutations,

O2 is being impersonated and dialed from: +44 131 543 8528, Edinburgh, Scotland my iPhone tells me this phone number is based. The woman who spoke to me was named Sophie if my memory is sound. They offered an iPhone silver 14 pro max with a 2 year contract for ~£50 a month. The number has since been blocked.

It's a well known scam.
They will send the wrong phones and ask you to return them (to their fake address) so they then have the phones and you are left with nothing.
Forward the scam number to 7726 - It's free.
