Hello, How do l go about getting answers or a response from the O2 Credit File Referrals. I have so far sent out a couple of emails with the details they requested and each time l get an automated reply saying someone will be in touch within 3 working days. It over 2weeks now and no one has either replied to my emails or contacted me. I was refused a contract and won't to know the why and what was taken into consideration to get to that decision. I have excellent credit record and score so l bit concerned as to why l was refused.
There's nothing you can do other than wait for a reply, however, it is unlikely that O2 will give you an exact reason for refusal.
