Re: O2 Ask mini review

@Marjo are there any plans for an announcement now or have we passed that point?

Re: O2 Ask mini review

They could’ve provided an announcement as to the removal or why it’s already on the App Store’s with no official word

Re: O2 Ask mini review

I make no apologies for being annoyed about this. I saw it on the carousel and then it was removed.

I was out a lot at the weekend so can't remember reading anything from Chris K

I think this is a really important app...one people have been waiting for and I am astounded that there has been no official announcement and yet we have a mini guide?

I think I am right to be annoyed if honest..

Re: O2 Ask mini review

So just tried and it works on my kindle fire.
Requires a text being sent to a phone number (not sure if the account one) and then entering account details.
Sent and received a text on it just now. Maybe it could be tested by someone going or already abroad?

Re: O2 Ask mini review

Yeah I'm off to France shortly but until they let me sign in with multiple contracts I can't use the app.

Re: O2 Ask mini review

I would say it would be worth a punt just in case.
Worst case you lose 5 minutes of your time. Best case it works and everyone is a winner!
