In my normal Android SMS app, I can long-press and then select a checkbox on any messages I like, handy for housekeeping.

How does one make multiple selections in the SMS part of O2 Ask app?

Deleting one message at a time is a sure route to insanity...Crazy

No idea as I can't use it...... still !
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Is there nothing to suggest you can 'delete all from timeline' @pgn?

(Just going back to Tu...which we all remember fondly) wink

Hmm. I had TuGo disabled for SMS, it was annoying to get each text twice...  I shall have to see if Ask has multi-select buried elsewhere, good thinking. thumbsup

Single entry delete unfortunately and the big question is....? is that it? Will we ever see an update? To me the only relevant and needed parts of the app are wifi calling and texting unless the 'My O2' part of it is useful for checking stuff when t'other app is unavailable due to loss of network signal. A sort of cover your ass joint apps mish-mash....only O2!

I tell you what is even more peculiar about O2 Ask.

It came in with NO official announcement and is NOT in the App section at all. All very weird?

It looked nice when it appeared but the controversy surrounding it & the fact that it’s only useful thing is texting over WiFi gave me the decision not to use it due to another fact that most people contact me via Facebook messenger or WhatsApp now
