The O2 damage cover insurance was added to my bill this month, even though i don't want it nor will continue to want it. I never added this option to my contract when i started it years ago and would love to know why this has suddenly been added to my monthly bill without my knowledge and consent, especially with no way to cancel it through the MyO2 app?
