My O2 account username is an email address that I do not use, and cannot be accessed as I have tried, however I want to change it to my current email address I am using but this email address has been registered to O2 from one of my previous phones I think and O2 will not let me change the username over. What do I do????????

The username doesn't matter.
You can log in with it regardless and then change the email address under "Manage my details" in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
