Hi I'm new to o2 jumped ship from ee as o2 offered better deal. Sorted out bringing my number over with the sales assistant in the the o2 store and she said it would take 24-48 hours to switch. I'm now on day 4 and my number still hasn't transfered. Can't seem to find anyway of speaking to someone about this?

To speak customer service. Use Skype if you have no other phone to use: Guide: A Guide to Skype
Call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Took mine almost a week to port after I submitted details to customer services on 23rd December. Weekends and BH don’t count in their time frames. I got the text on 29th to say would be that day.
