I purchased 2 pay-monthly sims and transferred 2 numbers from Three to O2 last week, entering the PAC numbers during the order process. One went through immediately during the order process and when the sim arrived the old number was in place. The second number didn't, although the PAC was registered it showed as not having a porting date in My O2, so i set the earliest date of Friday 3rd in the My O2 portal, received emails confirming the porting arrangements. However the number has still not ported over yet as at Sunday morning. How can I get this ported over and make sure we do not lose the old number? Three have confirmed that they received the PAC and cancelled the old contract, the issue seems to be with O2.

Nothing will happen over the weekend and tomorrow is a BH, so it will be Tuesday at the earliest.
