Solved: Number change

Been trying to change my number for a few days now, tried ringing o2 and they keep telling me only urgent queries went on the o2 app and tried changing it on there with a new sim I bought from the shop and still no luck. Is there actually any way I can do this it’s getting ridiculous now

What new sim did you buy?

When you call O2, call at 8.00am and say you want to upgrade and they will answer your call.
