I'm in the process of having my phone number transferred from 3 Mobile to o2.

Right now, the 3 mobile sim has stopped working, and the o2 sim the number was supposed to move to is now coming up as "unregistered" and "emergency calls only".

I now no longer have any sim card that can accept calls/texts or send calls/texts.

Help!!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

I can't make calls, that's the problem! I also can't message o2 as they don't have the chat "experts" for pay & go, so i'm totally stuck!

If you browse the phones on the shop pages the chat option usually pops up

It does, but then when it ask for more info, it makes you call for Pay & Go, which I can't do.

If your old number has been disconnected from 3 it means the port is in progress

It can take 24 hours to be completed

Keep rebooting the phone with the O2 sim in at regular intervals

Other than that you will have to borrow a phone and give O2 a call

PAYG number is

 0344 8090222

@MrsF

You don't have a 'phone to make calls but you can contact O2 via social media or Skype.

The contact details are in the footer provided by @jonsie or in Guide: How to find help & contact O2
