Note 20 Ultra - Extra £100 offer trade in

I just received my Note 20 Ultra and am looking to take advantage of the extra £100 o2 offered me for trading in my old device. When I put in the order number as a voucher code it says it is invalid? Am I using the correct number (begins with ms-)

Yes your order number will begin with MS.

I've checked the offer https://www.o2recycle.co.uk/ and all I can think is the system may be down.
