Not receiving non-02 texts or calls

Hi!

I got a new I-phone13 mini last week as my upgrade. I registered the new SIM number as instructed on the website. 24 hours later the old SIM was disconnected, the new one up and running....I then noticed that I wasn't receiving texts from other networks, I was able to send and they were been received all OK. I went on the Apple / 02 site, did numerous reboots, resets, settings etc no joy. I turned my old phone on with the deactivated SIM in it, all of a sudden all replies to my texts dropped in there!!

I now have a new phone with a 02 connected SIM that I can send messages from, but have to use an old phone with a disconnected 02 SIM to get the reply....02 say everything is swapped all OK. I haven't changed my number or anything.

Has anyone seen this before, or can recommend anything else to try??

settings//phone//my number

edit if necessary, save and reboot

Sign out of your Apple ID on your old phone.

Update!

So after many calls to 02, (they really need to sort their customer service out), they decided that my profile hadn't properly transferred to my I-phone13, so said a new SIM card would resolve it. After more calls with 02, who also ceased my SIM card twice! I got a new one after 8 days, and I still can't receive SMS from non 02 networks, Ive been through all the device manuals, advice (thank you Jonsie!) even to Apple. Could it be the device itself?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!!
