Hi,
Twitter has temporarily blocked my account and are asking me to input a code that I receive when they call me. I've tried countless times but the call just isn't coming through.
I've got the correct phone number linked to my account as I'm able to reset my password via SMS verification but I'm not receiving their calls.
Has anyone else experienced this?

You should call O2 and check if you have any type of bar on your account which is blocking short code numbers.

0800 587 4005 seems to be the best number to call currently.
