I ordered a HAN Samsung Galaxy A32 5G Black 64GB 1SAGA32BKN, last week its saying been delivered but I not received it and my next-door had nothing don't know what to do

You need to contact O2 asap.

Looks like you should contact the sales team asap. They can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255.

Just remember it's O2's responsibility to make sure you receive goods sold.
