Not always receiving voicemail notification texts

Hello,

 

Yesterday someone left me a voicemail at lunchtime but I didn't receive a text notification.

 

Then in the evening (8 or 9 hours later) someone left me another voicemail and I received a text. It was only when I called 901 that I realised I had a 2nd voicemail to listen to.

 

This isn't the first time this has happened. Really annoying! I'm guessing this is a bug in the system?

 

ps - I'm using an old Nokia 6300 with a SIM only deal (not sure if this makes any difference).

It happens to me too occasionally on my EE work phone so it's not unique to O2.
Like you say, it's probably just a glitch in the system.
You could call customer services and ask them to reset your mailbox to see if that helps.

There are definately problems.... now I am getting texts telling me that I've got voice mail when I haven't got any! slight_smile
