I posted my phone on Monday and they’ve received it or not Wednesday at 7 AM or around 4 o’clock that day I called Mark checking to make sure that I put down the correct number and is on on Thursday I call them up again and they told me that it will take 48 hours obviously for them to process and sort everything out so I waited until Thursday 2 o’clock and I’ll give McCall again but this time it was somebody different he now told me that it’s going to be 72 hours so so I waited and today I call them all again and it said and I was told that it’s five working days not 40 hours not 72 hours of five working days for them to process I have obviously use the service before and last time baby to me gave me the money straight away but then banking that was only £150 but now it was my Samson S9 plus and the money which is a bank transfer is it £450 so at this moment I’m starting to feel like they’re waitingFor the 14 days to be over and then they gonna deliberately reduce the price to try to say something was wrong now bury mind I’ve only had the phone for maybe three months so there is no scratches no dense no nothing on it so at this moment in time I am a little bit concerned that they’re just completely constantly trying to flog me off and they give me the textbook jargon really well should I be in any way concerned about this
