If it works elsewhere, it must be an issue with the local mast.

They don't always effect all number ranges.

Report the issue from the status page or via the My Network app.

Is this a new contract or an upgrade?

Has it ever worked?

If an upgrade, have you tried your old sim?

Do you need to sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update ?

Have you checked for network issues O2 Service Status ?
